About Unbound Minds
Taking the first step can feel daunting, confusing, even a little confronting. We get it.
Tell us what’s going on. We’ll match you with a psychologist who fits, then find a time that works for you both.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm, or leave a message and we’ll call you back.
We’re away from the phones right now. Send an enquiry and we’ll get back to you by the next business morning.
Reaching out for help is one of the bravest things a person can do.
Too often, we watched people take that step and be met with something cold: a rushed appointment, a clinical room, the sense of being just another name on a list. The thing they needed most, real human connection, was the first thing to go missing.
That never sat right with us. We felt therapy in Australia had become fragmented. Too often it was an afterthought, bolted on to practices built around something else, or left to one psychologist working on their own with no team behind them.
So we set out to build somewhere that feels different from the moment you call. Somewhere psychology is all we do and no one works alone. Where every psychologist has the time and support to really get to know you, keep growing, and give you their best.
Today we’re 25+ psychologists across Gledswood Hills, Kingswood and online. We’ve grown, but the heart of it hasn’t changed. When you reach out, you should feel like you’re talking to someone warm, someone in your corner, who also really knows their stuff. Unbound Minds was founded by Monica Khoury and Justin Khoury.
Who we are
Unbound Minds is an Australian psychology practice, founded in 2021 by Justin and Monica Khoury. We are a practice with breadth and depth. Our psychologists see adults, children, teens and couples, for therapy and assessments.
Where we are
We have two clinics in Western Sydney. Our Kingswood clinic is in the Nepean Health Hub, minutes from Penrith. Our Gledswood Hills clinic, in the Gregory Hills Health and Business Centre, serves Macarthur, including Gregory Hills, Oran Park, Narellan and Camden. We also see people online by secure video.
Therapy and assessments
Our psychologists work with anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and relationships, and we offer ADHD and autism assessments for children and adults.
Medicare and funding
You don’t need a GP referral to book. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your usual GP or MyMedicare practice, Medicare pays a rebate for up to 10 individual sessions a calendar year, and you pay the gap. We also see NDIS participants, people with a NSW workers compensation claim and, online, people with a WorkCover Queensland claim.
How to book
To book, call 1300 151 110, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. Client Care will match you with a psychologist who fits.
Our Client Care team listens first, then matches you with a psychologist whose experience and way of working suit what you’re going through. You can also ask for someone by name.
We aim to get it right first time. If not, tell us and we’ll match you with someone else. No reason needed, and you won’t have to start over.
Every psychologist here works with regular supervision and shared clinical standards behind each session.
We take time to understand your story and what you want to change. We set goals with you and adjust as life changes.
Our psychologists assess, diagnose, write reports and provide therapy, using approaches grounded in evidence.
Our psychologists
We see children from age 4, teens, adults and couples. NDIS and WorkCover clients are welcome.
All our psychologists are registered with AHPRA. Check the public register
