Academy @ Unbound Minds

Human-centred supervision for psychologists.

Supervision is meant to anchor your work, not just sign off hours. Academy is our way of opening that kind of supervision to psychologists outside our walls, early career and senior alike.

You bring

Your real caseload, your real brain and your real limits.

We bring

Structure, clinical rigour, compassion and a community that gets it.

How Academy works

Shape supervision around your context and goals. Each format can be tailored to your stage of practice and your current workload.

One-to-one external supervision

For psychologists who want a confidential space to think through their work.

We unpack complex cases, refine formulation and support clear, ethical decisions about next steps.

Small group supervision

For clinicians who value learning with peers.

Curated groups protect safety and depth while you share strategies, reflect on patterns and build core skills together.

Themed supervision streams

For clinicians wanting deeper focus in a specific area.

Streams may include neurodiversity-affirming practice, child and family work, complex trauma or working within NDIS.

Intensives and case formulation labs

Periodic deep-dive sessions to slow down and sit with the detail.

We map complex cases and work through your clinical reasoning together.

Our supervisors

Experienced psychologists who sit beside you as thinking partners, not judges. They bring warmth and a commitment to protecting both your clients and your wellbeing.

Why we created Academy

We wanted a place where psychologists could sharpen their skills, feel supported and stay in this work for the long haul.

  • Too many psychologists are carrying impossible loads in silence.
  • Supervision should feel like a lifeline, not another performance review.
  • Early career psychologists deserve more than generic advice.
  • Senior clinicians still need a space where they can be uncertain, messy and human.
  • The quality of our thinking shapes the quality of care people receive.
  • You shouldn’t have to choose between high clinical standards and your own wellbeing.

Academy exists so you can keep doing work that matters.

Without losing the parts of you that make you good at it.
