No referral is needed to book. If you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate, you'll need a referral and a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.
Medicare currently rebates up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year under the Better Access program. Your GP usually refers in blocks of 6, then reviews and may provide another 4.
We accept NDIS participants. If your child has an NDIS plan that includes psychology or capacity building, we can work within your plan. Our team can help navigate the process.
We see children from age 4 through to 17, as well as young adults. Our psychologists adapt their approach based on your child's age and developmental stage, from play-based therapy for younger children to more structured approaches for teens.
We ask about your child's needs, what's been happening, and what kind of person your child responds best to. With a large team, we have more options to find the right fit.
