Get to know them

Christina is an experienced Senior Registered Psychologist dedicated to helping clients recover and build confidence through empathy, tailored support, and effective strategies. She prioritises creating a safe, comfortable environment and fostering trust with her clients.

Christina provides psychological assessments for all ages, and therapy for clients aged 16 and over.

Her expertise includes psychological testing for both adults and children, covering autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, learning disorders, PTSD testing and assessments of intelligence and achievement.

Christina is proficient in addressing trauma, PTSD, and substance dependence, and she handles a wide array of mental health concerns such as anxiety, phobias, stress, and significant life transitions.

Christina utilises a client-centred approach and is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Behavioural Approaches, Trauma-Informed Care, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. She also provides Board-approved supervision, mentoring aspiring psychologists in their professional growth.
