Courtney is an experienced Provisional Psychologist who is driven to adapt therapy to ensure her clients feel heard and safe. She prides herself in meeting her clients where they are at and to help provide them tools and strategies to navigate challenges in everyday life.
Courtney splits her time between child and adult psychology and has experience in working with a number of presentations, including psychosis, bi-polar, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder and completing neurocognitive assessments. She is committed to providing engaging therapy sessions to her clients and practices a flexible client-centric approach to therapy with experience in Cognitive BehaviouralTherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
