His therapeutic style emphasises an understanding that individuals arrive to therapy at different stages and therefore require a tailored approach that builds on their existing knowledge and strengths, whilst cooperatively examining their needs and goals to ensure the development of strategies that will promote psychological flexibility into the future.
Kyle's therapeutic experience includes working with a variety of presentations such as Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Intellectual and Learning disorders, Behavioural challenges, Anxiety, Depression and Stress-related disorders. He draws on the his training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to integrate evidence-based strategies, psychoeducation and mindfulness techniques to tailor support to the individual needs, strengths and goals of each client.
