Get To Know Natalie.

Natalie is a registered psychologist who brings a warm, approachable, and person-centred style to therapy. She is passionate about creating a respectful, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. Grounded in the values of integrity, justice, and compassion, Natalie works collaboratively with clients to support meaningful and lasting change.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Natalie works across a broad range of presentations and has a particular interest in complex mental health, forensic, trauma, PTSD, psychosis, and schizophrenia-spectrum presentations. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals with experiences often misunderstood or stigmatised, and aims to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed care that honours each person’s individuality and lived experience.

Natalie has experience working across both the NDIS and Medicare systems, providing therapeutic support and comprehensive psychological assessments for clients across the lifespan. Her assessment experience includes cognitive, adaptive functioning, personality, neurodevelopmental, and behavioural assessments.

She has a strong interest in neurodiversity-affirming practice and has worked extensively with individuals within the out-of-home care system, including residential, foster, and kinship care settings. Natalie also draws from behavioural and therapeutic frameworks to support clients with complex emotional, behavioural, and psychosocial needs.

Alongside evidence-based practice, Natalie values the importance of meaning, connection, and the existential aspects of wellbeing. She enjoys integrating reflective, holistic, and insight-oriented perspectives into her work where appropriate, while remaining grounded in ethical and clinically informed care.

More recently, Natalie has expanded her scope of practice into psychedelic-assisted therapy and is passionate about the emerging potential of this modality in supporting trauma recovery, emotional growth, and psychological healing in safe and ethical ways.

Whether engaging in long-term therapy or one-off assessments, Natalie offers a compassionate and collaborative space grounded in curiosity, authenticity, and clinical insight.
