Shannon is a Registered Psychologist who works with adults and older teenagers (16+). She works with the belief that growth looks different for everyone, and that it is important to understand the individual needs and experiences of that person to tailor her approach.
She helps people with a range of problems, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, OCD, adjustment disorders, grief, chronic pain, addiction, and workplace or relationship stress. She has experience under Workers Compensation, CTP, Medicare and NDIS. Shannon will draw from different therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and grief therapy to find what works for you.
