Vanessa is an experienced Registered Psychologist who is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. With a warm, empathetic approach, Vanessa works with people towards their treatment goals. 

Vanessa has experience working with clients of all ages in private practice settings and disability support. Drawing on evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Vanessa uses a client-centred, individualised approach to suit each person’s needs. 

Vanessa is particularly skilled in working with Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Phobias, Trauma and Personality Disorders. She also has strengths in completing comprehensive psychometric assessments for ADHD and learning disorders, using a thorough set of assessments to aid diagnosis and guide recommendations for additional support.
