Randa is a fully registered psychologist with over two decades of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges. Her passion lies in empowering people to overcome adversity, rediscover their strengths, and grow into the fullest version of themselves—both as individuals and as valued members of their communities.
Randa holds a Master’s in Forensic Psychology and has worked extensively in both private practice and correctional settings. She has supported clients navigating complex issues such as trauma, grief, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and relationship difficulties. With a strong grounding in evidence-based interventions, she draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Behavioural Activation, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, tailoring her approach to suit each client’s needs and goals.
Randa is also highly experienced in mental health assessments and psychoeducation, and is especially passionate about promoting post-traumatic growth in refugee populations and individuals who have experienced significant life disruption. She has delivered mental health training, worked closely with culturally diverse populations, and is particularly attuned to the needs of Arabic-speaking clients.
Her therapeutic style is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative—creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
As an AHPRA-endorsed forensic psychologist, a Medicare provider, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Randa brings not only deep clinical expertise but also a strong ethical foundation to her work. Her unwavering commitment is to walk alongside her clients as they heal, build resilience, and reclaim their wellbeing.
